Linktree was the first tool on the Instagram that allowed users to share more than one link? When users click your custom link, they will see a page with multiple links you want to share with your audience. This lets your content live longer than the feed.
"When I first saw this, I was like okay - bio hack lol."
You'll get one bio link to house all the content you're driving traffic to. If wanted to link your audience to your LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Blog and so on, this is where you do it.
Linktree lets you to create a personalised page and it can be used on other social platforms like TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter or LinkedIn. Update your Linktree? It couldn't be anymore easier - you never have to change the link in your bio again.
There is a free version as well as a PRO version. The free version includes features like basic theme customization and analytics. Linktree PRO is $6 on a monthly subscription and gives you access to many more features, including fully-customizable backgrounds, button, styles, social icons and more. I don't personally use Linktree but some of my friends do. However I may consider it but then if you have a website could you not just create this yourself? Perhaps something like an unlinked page, the question is can it be done on your platform? I use WIX, so I will need to further investigate this.
I'm just not feeling that the only URL on my IG bio is not my website, I mean it still shows your handle but maybe its just my OCD thats bugging me. You really want to expose your brand/ business name in as many places as possible. I'd just create an extra page on my website and have links to everything just like Linktree does and then share that on my bio, so it looks something like:
www.staremix.com/letsconnect
www.staremix.com/clickme
If this is not possible on my platform then one may have to jump on Linktree. Do you have a any suggestions to an alternative? I hope this was helpful, feel free to drop me an email if you have any questions on hello@staremix.com
